Ann Marie O’Shea has a demonstrated history of strategic, marketing, financial and operational skills and successes. As a seasoned executive, consultant and entrepreneur, she strategizes, researches, writes, implements and teaches all aspects of strategy and management. She focuses on strategy, marketing, operations, financial modeling, revenue cycle, HR, and risk management. She understands the clients’ need for dynamic insights, integrity, consistency and growth trajectory.

Ann Marie’s career in management at large academic healthcare systems positioned her to co-found an internationally recognized sports medicine institute (Vincera Institute). After that success, she ventured into advising, investing in and selling entrepreneurial businesses, including healthcare, digital health, government, higher education, "aging in place" construction, insurance, medical devices, HRIS, and biotech/pharma.

Ann Marie received her M.B.A. from Drexel University and her B.A. in Communications and Psychology from La Salle University.
