As an Instructional Development Specialist, Danielle creates instructor-led, live-virtual, and e-learning courses, with a primary focus on Professional Development and Leadership courses. She has over 15 years’ experience in Training and Development. Prior to working in the public sector, she worked primarily in organizational development, instructional design, and curriculum development within the mental health field. She holds a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
