Heather is an experienced business professional who has spent over 20 years coaching others to success. Her background encompasses a wide range of professional experiences in multiple industries. Each of her professional roles allowed her the opportunity to coach executive level leaders as they navigated the ups and downs of their responsibilities. Heather has also developed and deployed multiple career development programs that transformed the lives of individuals on their professional journey.  

Heather holds a Master of Business Administration from Ashford University.  Returning to school later in life crystalized the importance of setting goals, working a plan, and having a positive guiding force in a personal coach so she could live her best life. Her experience as a client of a personal coach inspires her to continue to work with others as they make the journey to their best lives.
