Jason Cherubini, CPA, CMA, CGMA, MBA is the founder of Seraphim Associates International, a management consulting firm focusing on technology-based startups, and a founding partner of Dawn's Light, a media production and financing company. He has held multiple faculty appointments in the United States and Europe, and is an avid proponent of the EdTech industry. His current focus is on the media production company he helped found, Dawn's Light that finances, produces, and distributes across a wide variety of media platforms and genres. His work has been highlighted by The Hollywood Reporter, MSN, and Forbes.

Prof. Cherubini is also an active researcher in the field of accounting education innovation and its application in the classroom.
