Grace Wilcox is a process design and improvement professional with 20 years of experience identifying and implementing solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, enhance overall organizational efficiency and empower people to love their jobs. Grace has worked with companies across a variety of industries, including utilities, government, financial services and technology, to assess their current processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions that result in tangible business outcomes.
Grace is known for her ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders at all levels of an organization. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing customized process improvement plans that meet each client's unique needs and goals. By utilizing a data-driven approach, Grace ensures that each recommendation is based on sound analysis and backed by evidence.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Grace has helped numerous organizations achieve significant improvements in their efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Grace is skilled in facilitating engaging and fun workshops and training sessions that help clients develop the skills and knowledge necessary to sustain the improvements long after the engagement is complete. Her passion is engaging team members and helping them to love their jobs and provide incredible service.
Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Michigan State and a master’s in public administration and urban/regional planning from the University of Colorado. She has a strong understanding of the latest process improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma and Agile.
