Grace has worked with companies across a variety of industries, including utilities, government, financial services and technology, to assess their current processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions that result in tangible business outcomes.

Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Michigan State and a master’s in public administration and urban/regional planning from the University of Colorado. She has a strong understanding of the latest process improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma and Agile.
